PC & Laptop Repair - from £30
Has your computer gone wrong? Has it suddenly slowed down or stopped working? Is your printer not behaving? Confusing error messages? We can come out and investigate. From £30 for the first hour within 5 miles of Stroud (£35 within 5-15 miles & £40 elsewhere in Gloucestershire) then £12.50 per additional half hour (cost of any replacement parts/components not included). We will always try to fix your problem on the first visit wherever possible. When needed, we can source most parts on next day delivery. Time estimates available on request for many common problems.

Upgrades
Is your computer slow or running out of space? Replacing a mechanical hard drive with a much faster solid state drive (SSD) which are now standard on most new computers, or adding more memory can speed up and extend the life of a PC or laptop for much less than the cost of a new one.
Typical price £120 to fit a 480GB SSD as the main drive with a fresh installation of Windows 10 or 11 (if compatible). Your old drive can be connected as a secondary disk if your PC has room, or fitted into an external caddy/enclosure (typically £15-£25 depending on drive size). We will collect your computer, reinstall your software, return and reconnect everything when complete. Additional charge (£5-£10) for travel if you are located more than 5 miles from Stroud.
For memory (RAM) upgrades we would need to see or connect remotely to the computer to determine compatibility and provide a price.
Laptop Screen Repair - from £100
Has your laptop screen been damaged or failed? We can fit replacement screens on most makes and and models of laptop. We charge a fixed labour rate of £55 including collection and delivery within 5 miles of Stroud (additional £5-£10 travel within the rest of Gloucestershire) with most screen panels typically costing £45-£75. Please contact us with the make and model number of your laptop (usually found on the underside of the laptop, or under the battery on some models) for a no obligation quote.
Virus & Malware Removal
Think you might have a computer virus or malware infection that your existing security software hasn't dealt with? We can collect your PC or laptop, diagnose the infection, remove it and clean up any mess left behind. We can also recommend and install free software to pro-actively help keep your system clean. Starting from just £55 within 5 miles of Stroud (additional £5-£10 travel within the rest of Gloucestershire) with the computer delivered back to you and everything reconnected when done. Additional charges may apply in the event that have to carry out a full reinstall of your computer if becomes reinfected following cleanup.
